Gibbet Girl

Fanart for Hunchback of Notre Dame. I've been peeking at the book a lot lately and am gearing up to read it. This dinky cartoon here took about three or four days just to color, I have so little time. I absolutely love the characters Victor Hugo comes up with. He's such a philosopher and he comments on so much by telling stories. He makes you think about all these HUGE things, but he gets you to enjoy the plot and sympathize with the characters that come with it. Uuuurgh. In love ... with a dead man. Or at least, I have a love-affair with his stories. Anywho, this is based more on the Disney version, which means I don't own it. It was a little more complicated, and it had more colors, but I liked the simpler version better (honestly, it's a little boring now that I have time to look at it, but eh).
